Hello, I have some money from the members who joined my paid town. How can I transfer them to my main wallet? Thanks

Go to your town settings → next to your Town Treasure there should be a “Transfer” button

Ok thank you, it worked. I transferred the money to an exchange base address but still haven’t received them. Do you know if there’s a problem with transfers from the wallets? How can I track this transaction? It doesn’t appear in base scan.
