Channels are end to end encrypted. Keys only exist on your device, and the devices of other people who have joined your town. If you log out and clear your cache, you have deleted your keys. We cannot recover them for you because we do not have them (if we could then we could read your messages and neither of us want that). Good luck and have a nice day.
its only one channel (not a private one) all other decrpt correctly…
so this is not the problem.
from same person in other channel works fine
