Hello everyone!
While using the Towns app, I noticed something inconvenient that I’d like to suggest improving.
Currently, the settings for Username, Display Name, ENS Display Name, and Profile Avatar (including NFT avatars) apply only to a specific Town or a specific personal conversation.
This is inconvenient because whenever I join a new Town or start a conversation with someone I haven’t messaged before, I have to manually set my NFT avatar and username, including ENS every time.
Why is this a problem?

Username Issue: When creating a new account, a user might end up with a default username they don’t want. However, this username will always be displayed when starting a new conversation or joining a new Town, unless they manually change it each time.

ENS Domain: I purchased an ENS domain and want to use it as my universal name for all chats and all Towns. But right now, I have to manually select it every time.

NFT Avatar: Similar to the ENS issue, I bought a cool NFT and want it to be my universal avatar, so that it automatically appears in all Towns and chats without me having to set it manually each time.
Suggested Improvement
I propose adding a setting that allows Username, Display Name, ENS Display Name, and Profile Avatar (including NFT avatars) to be applied globally across all chats and all Towns the account has joined.
At the same time, there should still be an option to set these preferences individually for each Town or chat, just like it works now.
